We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise, you may submit a return request our e-mail (email@example.com). Some online merchandise is not available for return. These items are noted on the product description page.
General Return Policy
All returned merchandise must be in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.
Items must be returned within 60 DAYS from the purchase date with vendor and price tags attached.
The original receipt must accompany all returns, in-store and online.
All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
If the items returned do not meet BEMinistry.org's return guidelines, all shipping charges associated with the return will be the Guest's responsibility.
All Return/Exchange shipping charges must be prepaid.
C.O.D deliveries are not accepted.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.
Footwear must be returned in the original box.
Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside), unless defective.
Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing them outside.

The care instructions on swimwear garments should be followed carefully. Swimwear returns must be:
Accompanied by original receipt.
Returned within 30 days of purchase.
Have original tags and sanitary liners attached.
Unworn and in original condition, unless defective.
International Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns must be within 60 days from the date of purchase, in original condition with vendor and price tags attached.
